IJCA Verify a certificate

Verification

Only the holder's name, level, issue date and test center are shown. Dates of birth and contact details are never displayed.

Where to find these

  • Certificate number
  • Holder's full name
  • Or scan the QR code
  • Bottom left of the certificate — it starts with IJCA-.
  • In the middle, exactly as printed.
  • Point your phone camera at the code to open the record directly.

How verification works

  • Enter the number
  • Add the holder's name
  • See the official record
  • Type the certificate number printed on the certificate.
  • The full name must match — so a number alone reveals nothing.
  • IJCA shows whether the certificate is valid or revoked, right now.

Questions about verification

Why do I need the holder's name as well as the number?

What does «Revoked» mean?

Can I verify a certificate from a phone?

The details don't match the paper certificate. What should I do?

Certificate numbers follow a simple pattern. Asking for the full name as well means nobody can look up other people's certificates just by guessing numbers.

The certificate was issued by IJCA but has since been withdrawn. It is no longer valid, even though the paper copy still exists.

Yes. Scan the QR code on the certificate with your phone camera — it opens the official record directly, with the time it was checked.

Please contact us with the certificate number. Do not rely on a certificate whose details differ from the official record.
